Who built this
Our founder was fourteen years sober, then relapsed in 2018. His own kids paid for it, the way kids always do — in silence, alone with what they didn't understand.
Phoenix Rising 4 Life is the home he wishes his family had had that year: one place, no meeting time, room for every one of his kids.
